Experience in working with a company's accounting practices, ideally 3 years experience.
Able to work with accounting systems (Pastel, Sage).
Duties and responsibilities:
Be the go between the various subsidiary companies and help their bookkeepers with the accounting practices.
Manage the holding company's books and finances, including reconciliations, loading payment allocations, billings and costing.
Be a link between the subsidiary companies and the holding companies CEO.
Visit each subsidiary company weekly and manage their day-to-day accounting activities. * Understand and get involved in the running of the different businesses (property industry, retail, warehousing and distribution and safety deposit boxes, all based in the Pretoria / Centurion area).
