What Youll Be Doing:
xc3xa2xc2x9cxc2x94 Financial Management & Reporting

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports for property assets.
• Perform bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable processing, and general ledger maintenance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for property expenses.

xc3xa2xc2x9cxc2x94 Property Accounting & Compliance

• Ensure accurate tracking of rental income, expenses, and property-related costs.
• Assist with lease accounting, tenant billing, and financial statements.
• Maintain compliance with IFRS, VAT, and local tax regulations.

xc3xa2xc2x9cxc2x94 Stakeholder Collaboration

• Liaise with property managers, landlords, and tenants to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Work closely with the senior accounting team to support financial reporting processes.

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelors degree Accounting,

, or a related field. * 2/3 + years of experience in property accounting, finance, or bookkeeping.
xc3xb0xc2x9fxc2x92xc2xa1 Skill/s & Expertise

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Xero, MDA, MRI, Sage, or similar).
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
