Were on the lookout for a Property Accountant to join our growing team and play a key role in managing financial operations across a diverse property portfolio.What Youll Be Doing:
xe2x9cx94 Financial Management & Reporting

• Assist in the preparation of financial reports for property assets.
• Perform bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable processing, and general ledger maintenance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for property expenses.

xe2x9cx94 Property Accounting & Compliance

• Ensure accurate tracking of rental income, expenses, and property-related costs.
• Assist with lease accounting, tenant billing, and financial statements.
• Maintain compliance with IFRS, VAT, and local tax regulations.

xe2x9cx94 Stakeholder Collaboration

• Liaise with property managers, landlords, and tenants to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Work closely with the senior accounting team to support financial reporting processes.

What Were Looking For:
Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2/3 + years of experience in property accounting, finance, or bookkeeping.

xf0x9fx92xa1 Skill/s & Expertise

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Xero, MDA, MRI, Sage, or similar).
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

xe2x9cxa8 Bonus Points for:

• Experience in the real estate or property industry.
• Knowledge of lease accounting and property management systems.
