Job Description
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Financial Reporting
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Cost Management
- Compliance and Audit
- Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Cash Flow Management
- Financial Analysis and Advisory
- Systems and Process Improvement
- Team Collaboration and Support
- Bachelors degree preferably in Accountancy, Finance or Business Administration
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, healthcare finance, and accounting software
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Advanced Excel with knowledge
- Experience with hospital information systems
- Experience with Accounting Information system
- Experienced with MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement models and practices.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
