We will trust you to:

Lead financial accounting and reporting to ensure alignment with business goals. Prepare and present clear, concise financial reports to senior leadership and stakeholders. Supervising accounting departments Developing standards and processes for proper financial management Overseeing the recording, tracking, and reporting of financial information Hiring, training, and motivating accounting staff members Ensuring efficient operations without sacrificing accuracy Communicating with key stakeholders from the client side

Requirements:

Fluency in English (Written and Verbal Skills) Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures Good communication skills with proactive, supportive, and positive approach Financial accounting background 5+ years of experience Ability to work well independently & in a team Business Administration/Accounting Degree Strong Interpersonal Skills (client-facing role) Intermediate-Advanced Excel & Power Point skills SAP background is essential Strong technical background Ability to prepare Financial Statements and work with External Auditors
