Job Summary Perform general bookkeeping tasks to maintain accurate financial records. Manage customer invoicing, ensuring timely and accurate billing. Execute collections efforts. Responsible for vendor invoicing and payment processing. Execute all components of the accounts payable functions. Facilitate month-end close processes to ensure accurate financial reporting. Prepare balance sheet reconciliations. Draft monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Monitor and analyze budget variances, providing insights and recommendations. Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. Provide strategic recommendations to management based on financial performance. Administer payroll processing and related activities. Serve as a liaison for tax-related matters and compliance. Manage financial platform integrations (e.g., Expensify and QuickBooks Online) for streamlined operations. Maintain a compliance checklist to ensure adherence to regulations and policies. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits. Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing training and development opportunities. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Chartered Accountant (CA) designation (required). A minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a similar role. Remote. Contract. 35-40 hrs/week.
