Accounting Specialist | High-End Cabinetry Manufacturing | ENDAZE GROUP T/A FABBRO

Key Responsibilities:

Financial & Accounting Duties:

- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, reports, and reconciliations.

- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing of invoices and payments.

- Assist in budgeting and financial planning to support business goals.

- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.

- Process supplier invoices, verify accuracy, and manage payments efficiently.

- Generate customer invoices, track payments, and follow up on outstanding accounts.

- Handle petty cash management and expense tracking.

- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, including VAT submissions and other statutory requirements.

Stock & Payroll Administration:

- Stock Control & Reporting - Track, analyze, and report on inventory levels to ensure accurate financial management.

- Payroll Administration - Manage employee attendance records, prepare payroll data, and ensure timely salary payments.

- Maintain employee records, leave balances, and ensure compliance with labor regulations.

General Accounting Functions:

- Capture and maintain accurate financial data in accounting systems.

- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

- Prepare and submit financial reports to management.

- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions as needed.

What We're Looking For:

- Experience: 3+ years in accounting, preferably in manufacturing or a related industry.

- Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Skills: Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational abilities.

- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, or Xero) and Excel.

- Bonus: Experience in stock control and payroll processing.
