Video Resume of applicants are available on our site for our client to choose from.Our advanced tool for management will increase the efficiency of your employee and can help you save money.The RoleWe are looking for an ICAEW/AAT/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with a minimum of 3 year of experience for a virtual assistant role. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in accounting and bookkeeping practices and able to work independently.Responsibilities:-Reconciling Transactions: Reconcile transactions in Xero with the corresponding invoices in HubDoc.-Unreconciled Transactions: Provide a list of transactions that cannot be reconciled with an invoice in HubDoc.-Notes in Xero: Upload and update notes in Xero for transactions where invoices are not available, as requested by the client.-Reporting: Run balance sheets and P&L reports via Xero, ensuring the reports accurately reflect reconciled transactions.-Multi-Currency Handling: Handle multi-currency transactions including US Dollar, Euro, and Pound Sterling.-Transaction Categorization: Categorize transactions accurately and efficiently with minimal supervision.-Process Improvements: Suggest improvements to accounting practices or software that could streamline operations, though this will be a minor part of the role.Ideal ProfileRequirements:-ICAEW/AAT/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or CPA considered).-3 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting.-Strong knowledge of UK accounting standards.-Experience with multi-currency transactions (USD, Euro, GBP).-Ability to work independently without micromanagement.-Experience with equivalent accounting tools beyond Xero and HubDoc.What's on Offer?
