Job Summary We are in the HVAC industry based in Kya Sands, Randburg. We are looking for a welcoming, capable, friendly and reliable Accounts, Administrator & HR officer. Responsibilities include reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts. Responsibilities Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors Process bank deposits and reconcile financial statements Submit tax forms Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable Update int Assist in sending store invoices Assists in preparation of tenders, quotes and sales, payroll Maintaining accounting databases and spreadsheets Administrative and HR duties. Requirements and skills Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans) Grade 12 (Tertiary qualification and adv) Proficient in MS office (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Express). Proven work experience in Accounts, Bookkeeping and Administration Officer. Pastel experience a must have. Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection regulations Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors Good organizational and time-management abilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, observe business etiquette and appearance SEND CV with references to .
