Job Summary We are in the HVAC industry based in Kya Sands, Randburg. We are looking for a welcoming, capable, friendly and reliable Accounts, Administrator & HR officer. Responsibilities include reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts. Responsibilities xe2x80xa2 Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors xe2x80xa2 Process bank deposits and reconcile financial statements xe2x80xa2 Submit tax forms xe2x80xa2 Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable xe2x80xa2 Update int Assist in sending store invoices xe2x80xa2 Assists in preparation of tenders, quotes and sales, payroll xe2x80xa2 Maintaining accounting databases and spreadsheets xe2x80xa2 Administrative and HR duties. Requirements and skills xe2x80xa2 Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans) xe2x80xa2 Grade 12 (Tertiary qualification and adv) xe2x80xa2 Proficient in MS office (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Express). xe2x80xa2 Proven work experience in Accounts, Bookkeeping and Administration Officer. Pastel experience a must have. xe2x80xa2 Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection regulations xe2x80xa2 Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors xe2x80xa2 Good organizational and time-management abilities xe2x80xa2 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, observe business etiquette and appearance SEND CV with references to .
