Applicants must have at least 1-3 years experience in a related finance- field within the hospitality industry
Matric is a minimum requirement, but a further qualification is beneficial
Valid RSA ID
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially with Good to Advanced, Excel Skills, Pastel, VIP Payroll
Good understanding of Hospitality PMS system - NEBULA, APEX & PLUSPOINT would be a bonus
Completing daily, weekly, and monthly returns on time and in the prescribed format, while adhering to company standards
Process supplier invoices, handle queries, manage accruals and prepayments, reconcile petty cash, and ensure accuracy in F&B receiving and invoice matching
Reconcile cash, floats, and dockets
Complete monthly payroll and statutory payments (with VIP payroll knowledge being advantageous)
Process debtor transactions
Its crucial to report any discrepancies, ensure accurate documentation, assist with stocktaking, and maintain effective control systems
