Job Opportunity: Entry-Level Administrator (Full-Time) - Westdene Johannesburg
A well-established Petroleum company based in Westdene is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrator to join the team! This is an entry-level role, perfect for someone with strong administrative skills and based in Westdene or nearby areas.
Key Responsibilities:
General administrative support Data entry and record-keeping Assisting with logistics coordination Handling email and phone correspondence Filing, invoicing, and document management Handle and coordinate active calendars Schedule and confirm meetings Ensure file organization based on office protocol Provide ad hoc support around office as needed
Requirements:
Strong administrative and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Must be based in Westdene or nearby Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and
XERO
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask
