Accounts Assistant (part Time, 24 Hours Per Week)

Job Description

This is a remote, self-employed role for a company based in the UK and requires UK hours.

This is a part time, temporary, maternity cover position, to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:



Posting invoices and maintaining accurate financial records General administrative duties to support the accounts department Assisting with ad hoc finance-related tasks as required Ensuring all documentation is processed efficiently and accurately Supporting the team with data entry and account reconciliations

The Ideal Candidate:



Previous experience in an accounts or finance role preferred Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent communication and time management skills
