Accounts Manager

Our client in the Financial industry is currently looking for an Accounts Manager, Hopetown, Free State.Responsibilities:

The Manager will be responsible for overseeing monthly and annual accounting operations.
Will be managing the financial advisory, accounting team, and providing financial guidance and solutions beneficial for the organization and clients.
The Manager will be responsible for analysing financial data, developing strategies, and making recommendations to enhance financial performance.
Manage all internal financial invoices of the office with regards to expenses.
Ensure all clients are serviced accordingly and within time portfolios.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of accounting and tax principles.
Experience in managing within an accounting practice.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with different stakeholders.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in accounting software and tools.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Certifications such as PA(SA) and CA(SA) or similar qualification are preferred.
Must be proficient in Afrikaans.
