Amazon South Africa Marketplace Team is seeking a talented Account Manager, Marketing to join our team as an expert for our Marketplace business. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of seller accounts, and drive success through marketing tools. You will analyze sales and traffic data to identify opportunities to help sellers succeed in the marketplaceThis position is office-based, with the flexibility to work remotely up to two days per week in line with Amazon's current flexible work guidance. Develop deep understanding of sellers businesses and marketing needs
Create processes and metrics to measure success for these seller businesses
Develop programs to highlight and showcase their selection to improve seller brand visibility
Execute and implement on marketing strategies that support these sellers
Create mechanisms and processes for daily, weekly and monthly store merchandising
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver business goals, customer insights, marketing strategies, and creative development
Collaborate and build relationships with marketplace marketing stakeholders to effectively deliver on shared goals and programs
Lead campaign framework development to inform creative briefs for small business sellers
Coordinate with account managers to identify, validate and merchandise SMB selection in the storeWe are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Cape Town, ZAFBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor degree
- Account management experience
- Work experience related to CRM management and/or digital marketing tools
- Experience with excel- ability to use hard data and metrics from disparate data sources to measure partners and channels performance, determine improvements and innovationsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- E commerce/retail experience
