Accounts Payable and Travel & Expense AdministratorREF: KK583Market Related SalarySalt River, Western CapeOur client is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable and Travel Expense Administrator to join their dynamic team.RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:Full Accounts Payable (AP) & Travel & Expense (T&E) Management: Handling all AP functions, including managing and processing vendor invoices, payment schedules, and reconciliations. Similarly, overseeing all aspects of travel and expense claims for employeesPayment Processing: Daily, weekly, and month-end activities, including loading payments, updating schedules, intercompany transaction processing and reconciliationsCredit Card Process Management: Full oversight of the corporate credit card expense claims and reconciling themBudgeting & Audits: Supporting the annual budget preparation and business plans, along with assisting the Finance Manager in the annual audit processContinuous Improvement: Focussing on enhancing internal processes, particularly around month-end close and overall financial operationsFinance Projects: Supporting various financial projects that may ariseREQUIREMENTS:A relevant Finance related degree10+ years experience in Accounts Payable / administrative rolesExperience in a US company environment would be an advantageOrganisational & Planning Skills: Must be able to manage complex tasks accurately, with a meticulous focus on detail. You should be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, particularly under pressure and with set deadlinesIndependence and Teamwork: Must be able to work autonomously, take initiative, and maintain a high standard of work, while also being able to collaborate effectively within a teamProblem-Solving: Must have a creative, disciplined, and proactive approach to addressing challenges in finance and operations processesCommunication & Relationship Building: Must have strong interpersonal skills for dealing with various teams and stakeholders, plus good communication and personal task management skills.
