Position Overview:
A leading global provider of comprehensive logistics and transportation solutions is seeking a highly capable Accounts Payable candidate with substantial experience in the logistics or freight industry. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of air freight, sea freight, and land freight operations. You will be responsible for managing the accounts payable function, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing invoices, and maintaining strong relationships with vendors. Your role will involve utilizing advanced Excel techniques and SAP software to handle and reconcile financial transactions effectively.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role within the logistics or freight industry.
- Strong knowledge of air freight, sea freight, and land freight operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
