Calling all Accounts Payable Controllers!Job & Company Descriptions:
A holding company in South Africa in the Shared services division is currently looking for Accounts Payable Controllers to join their team on a 6 month contract.As an Accounts Payable Controller you will be responsible for the following:
- Prepare cheques for payment
- Get authorization for payment
- Match goods received to the invoice recieved and purchase order
- Capturing of invoices on a daily basis
- Reconcile company records to creditors statements
- Process up to 60 invoices on a daily basis
- Following up on queries
Financial qualification would be beneficial
Minimum 2-3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience
Excellent attention to detail
