Job Description

My clients are consistently on the lookout for accomplished Accounts Receivable Controllers with hands on experience, strong academic records and a stable work track record.As an Accounts Receivable Controller, you will be responsible for the following:
- Daily run of an age analysis to reconcile and maintain the Debtor accounts
- Develop close working relationships with external parties
- Maintain and diarise daily/weekly and monthly follow ups to all parties concerned
- Weekly reporting required for debtor balances
- Issuing "overdue" letters to respective Debtors
- Follow up on Payment arrangements made by a debtor
- Matric
- Credit Management/Finance qualification
- 1-3 years experience
- Attention to detail
- Experience in a Shared Service environment
