Job SummaryHire Resolve's Client is currently working with a well-established logistics company seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join their team. In this role, you will oversee the accounts receivable department, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, collections, and account management. Your expertise will play a crucial role in optimizing cash flow and maintaining strong relationships with clients.Responsibilities:

• Manage the accounts receivable team to ensure timely processing of invoices and collections.
• Develop and implement effective credit control processes and policies.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging and resolve discrepancies with clients.
• Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts and report on AR metrics to management.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to address invoicing issues and improve cash flow.
• Conduct regular audits of accounts receivable transactions for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain relationships with key clients to resolve payment and account issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• German speaking (highly advantageous)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience managing a team of 20-30 people
• Experience working in an SSC/GBS environment
• Strong understanding of collections, cash applications, and financial reporting
• Experience in the logistics or transportation industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
