3. Creating and updating training materials such as user guides, manuals, and online resources.
4. Customizing training programs to suit client and organizational needs, including the creation of custom exercises and case studies.
5. Providing practical software exercises to help users familiarize themselves with ACL functionalities.
6. Staying updated with ACL software upgrades and enhancements, incorporating relevant updates into training materials and sessions.
7. Evaluating trainee performance and providing feedback to help improve their skills and understanding of the software.
8. Maintaining an updated documentation and knowledge base including FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and user tips.Required Experience:Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience in delivering training, preferably in the field of data analysis, audit, risk, or compliance, is required.
