As an Acquisition Quality Assurance Assessor at Bayport Financial Services, your primary objective is to ensure the highest standards of quality and excellence within the acquisition channel. This role plays a critical part in enhancing customer satisfaction, optimizing sales performance, and contributing to the overall success of Bayport's financial products and services. The assessor will monitor and evaluate inbound and outbound calls/activity to assess technical accuracy, customer service performance, compliance to company policies and procedures and identify any training or coaching that may be required.
EDUCATION
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Grade 12 or NQF level 4 qualification
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
2 years of Call Centre sales experience
1-2 years Quality assurance experience
Valid driver's license
DESIRED REQUIREMENTS
2 years working experience in a Call Centre environment
Assessor, and coaching skills advantageous
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
