We are looking for a seasoned ad operation professional with a strong background and understanding of technical implementations across display and video advertising, with the ability to perform advanced technical analysis, troubleshooting and optimization of workflows, platforms and processes.Google Ad Manager Publisher Side ImplementationAd OperationsWork as part of the team to support and manage client campaigns across both display and video ad formatsCarry out technical implementation, campaign management and optimization of video campaigns in Google Ad Manager 360Video and Display ad serving platform management, including tag management across players and optimal set up of meta data for campaign targetingQuality Control/Assurance of creative xe2x80x93 ability to advise creative teams on delivering correct materialsUpload of creative into GAM for campaign delivery xe2x80x93 apply naming conventions and correct line items for reporting purposesCampaign implementation as per insertion order/sales management optimizationProvide screen grabs for proof of implementationGenerate automated reports for each campaign for client reporting xe2x80x93 GAM reporting template and dashboard creationsMonitoring and campaign optimization during campaign period xe2x80x93 ability to manage campaigns on client objectivesImplementation of audience segment targeting where requiredInternal monitoring on Video platforms to ensure 3rd party transparencyDeliver timeously and competent reportsUse ad operation insight to add into final post campaign report to improve client after sales service and overall campaigns ROIQualificationsNational Diploma in Business Management and/or Digital MarketingExperience2-3 years in Business Management1 year in Google Ad ManagementLanguageEnglish - AdvancedTechnology ProficiencyMicrosoft Office Suite - AdvancedGoogle Ad Manager - IntermediateTechnical / Job Specific CompetenciesBuilding Strategic Working RelationshipsAccuracy/Attention to DetailInnovationInformation Monitoring
