We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Personal Assistant / Administrative Assistant to support our executive team and ensure smooth office operations.
:
Manage the executive's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
Organize and maintain files, both digital and physical.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications and reports.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the executive.
Maintain office supplies and handle vendor relationships.
Schedule meetings and appointments, ensuring all logistics are handled.
Coordinate internal and external events, including conferences, client meetings, and team functions.
Act as a liaison between the executive and other staff members.
Ensure all necessary documents are prepared and filed in a timely manner.
Help with data entry, document scanning, and filing.
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and proposals as needed.
Assist in the management and tracking of ongoing projects.
Help ensure deadlines are met and communicate project progress.
Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as requested by the executive or team.
Manage and maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
Provide general office support and contribute to a positive and organized working environment.
