Job Description


Job Summary Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and reconcile financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and expense reports.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports and documentation for review.
  • Oversee stock levels, manage inventory, and order supplies as needed.
  • Coordinate with finance and procurement teams to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting.
  • Provide administrative support to lodge management and other departments as required.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, with a focus on finance and stock management.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and inventory control.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality or luxury sector
