DescriptionWe're on the lookout for an Admin Assistant to be based in Gauteng.As an Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Sales Tracking
  • Co-Ordination of Trade Visits
  • Budget Management
  • Office Administration
  • Call Diary Management and General Administration
  • POSM Execution Tracking
  • Picture Reports - Powerpoint
  • Project Management: co-ordination of events/conferences etc
  • Collating of Reports (Excel/Power Point)
Requirements
  • 1-2 years secretarial/admin experience, preferably in retail /FMCG||Essential / Minimum|0-5 years|
  • Grade 12/NQF level 4
  • Excellent Communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Sales objective achievement skills
  • Financial management skills
  • Planning and organising skills
  • Time management
  • Attention to detail
  • Computer literacy - MS office suite - Imtermediate to Advanced Level
  • Abiity to work under extreme pressure
  • Ability to multi-task under pressure and ensure delivery of multiple requests
  • Self-Starter and forward thinker
