Job Description


Currently we are searching for an Admin Assistant for Johannesburg, South Africa. Responsibilities of this Post: * Collect and process data efficiently.

  • Obtain quotations from approved suppliers and manage procurement processes.
  • Maintain accurate records in both hard copy and digital formats.
  • Manage inventory to ensure adequate stock levels - both quantity and quality thereof.
  • Place orders, track deliveries, and liaise with suppliers as necessary.
  • Oversee human resource matters, including salary calculations and personnel record-keeping.
  • Record and track purchases, maintenance, and service schedules for vehicles, machinery, and implements.
  • Ensure efficient management of administrative activities to optimize resource utilization, productivity, and profitability.
  • Facilitate professional communication between suppliers and clients.
Requirements of this Post: * Matric.
  • Prior experience in the administration field.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational abilities.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong MS Excel skills.
