Job Description


Requirements:

  • Driver's License essential.
  • Matric qualification essential.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working in a dealership environment.
  • Computer literate Word, Excel & Outlook.
  • Automate/Evolve Experience.
  • Preference will be given to candidates residing in Uitenhage
Responsibilities, but not limited to:
  • Maintaining records
  • Reconcile Petty Cash received.
  • Process to General Ledger and Creditor Accounts
  • Creditor accounts must be reconciled.
  • Load Creditor Payments on the bank.
  • Balance Sheet Recons.
  • Payments for Workshop and Parts need to be allocated.
  • Allocate payments received to specific vehicles.
  • Load payments on FNB Online (buy-ins, trade-ins, settlements, refunds, workshop and parts invoices and other monthly invoices).
  • Creating order numbers for Workshop and Parts supplies and consumables and stationery.
  • Follow up on all queries. (Invoice for workshop and parts that are not processed documentation outstanding etc.)
  • Follow up on payments to be released on a specific date.
