Job Summary Our client, an accounting firm, is looking to employ an Admin Clerk in George, Western Cape.Responsibilities:

  • Managing and organizing files, records, and documents (both digital and physical)
  • Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Drafting and proofreading correspondence, reports, and other documents
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies
  • Capturing and updating data in databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems
  • Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions, invoices, and customer details
  • Compiling reports and summaries for management
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Telephonic skills
  • Computer literate on MS Office
  • Willing to learn
