Job Description


Role: Temp Admin Assistant ( 6 month contract)
Location: Hermanus, Western Cape
Salary: R 6000.00 - R 7000.00: As a Temporary Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for data capturing and processing invoices and credits. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Efficiently and accurately capturing data into our system
  • Processing invoices and credits in a timely manner
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
  • Ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Duration: 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
