GENERAL DESCRIPTION:This is a temepory position. URGENT. To start now and ends 31-11-21Responsible for the performance of general administrative function for the Operations Support.Main Functions:1. Mobile Phone Account Management (MTC & Vodacom)
- Monthly account analysis.
- Request RA/NA numbers for accounts over R450.00.
- Email account analysis to specified personnel.
- Upload Vodacom accounts to the company disk.2. Error Reports
- Document daily errors in a spreadsheet for various depots.
- Include job card numbers from workshops.
- Send previous day''s errors to the designated person each morning.3. New Drivers "File" Preparation
- Prepare files for new drivers.
- Make copies of necessary documents (ID, PDP, passport, DG).
- Schedule doctor and eye appointments.
- Request background checks.
- Handle all filing in the HR office.4. Verification
- Verify drivers'' diesel transactions against Datatim and Shell Online.
- Check transaction details and rectify errors.
- Mark verified transactions as "checked".5. Datatim - Information Capture
- Post daily diesel refills on the Datatim system.
- Ensure accuracy of depot information, litres, and KM readings.
- Close records for various vehicles as information is completed.
