Job SummaryOur client, Rora Orchards (Pty) Ltd, is looking for an energetic, experienced and accurate person to join their team on their farm, Nooitgedacht, in WolseleyRESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Personal Assistant to the production manager
  • Ensure all wage information is correct, signed off, processed and filed
  • Recruitment & Appointments
  • Health and Safety administration including injuries on duties
  • Stock control, management and reconciliation
  • Compliance audits - preparation, record keeping and corrective actions
  • Organise logistics - employee transport, orders, deliveries
  • All relevant record keeping of employees
  • General Office Administration
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Matric
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar agriculture environment
  • At least 1 year experience in TMS clocking system
  • Experience and basic knowledge of Xero accounting will be an advantage
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Must be hardworking and accurate
  • Ability to work under pressure
