Job Description


This position is ideal for a mid-level candidate who can work in a busy environment, assisting with various administrative tasks, as well as learning new financial skills to assist the team when necessary. Great working hours.Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Computer Literacy - EXCEL / PASTEL / SAGE or relevant
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in BOTH Afrikaans and English
  • Mathematically strong - enjoys working with numbers/figures
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work close to Epping, Northern Suburbs of Cape Town
Duties:
  • General bookkeeping capturing and reconciliations on SAGE Pastel
  • EXCEL sheets capturing and experience
  • Weekly wages on EXCEL and Sage VIP
  • General administration / assistance
