Job Summary Vacancy ADMIN MANAGER A Durban based Logistics and Supply Chain company is hiring an Admin Manager. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Manage daily functioning of the organisation's operations by ensuring the correct operation of systems and document control Set up, implement, and maintain systems and procedures Ensure physical control and maintenance of documentation internally Ensuring that all goods/products movements are captured on the system and client reports Control and manage periodical stock count Ensure company stock count procedures are followed Daily, weekly, and monthly reports checked and signed off Liaising with line managers daily to meet schedules Skills and knowledge required: Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management Computer literacy Excel Advance Admin management Attention to detail Administrative and accurate record keeping Assertive Time management and deadline driven Problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills Excellent communication skills written and verbal Salary: R 20 000pm Full time job A covering letter explaining how you meet the above criteria should be sent with a CV to
