A completed B.Com (Accounting) / similar is essential for the role, coupled with 5 years commercial administration experience in a Manufacturing environment. KPA's include: planning and organizing stock counts and finalization; control and verification of capturing; stock losses and gains explanations; control stock movements by production journal; control invoicing and returns; control stock receipts, cash and bank; inter-factory transaction control ie. POD, fuel control and credit notes; budget control and orders; fixed assets registers; management reports; flash forecasts; supplier contract management; control orders, intakes, receipts and payment requests; creditors reconciliations; be responsible for recruitment and selection of staff; determining manpower needs in the Department; identify problem areas; monitor staff performance etc. Advanced Excel and ERP systems experience desired.
