Job Description


Job Summary Candidate Requirements:

  • At least 4 years experience in hospitality in an administrative role
  • Strong admin skills
  • Bush lodge, 5* hospitality experience preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of XERO & Res Request would be an advantage
  • Strong people skills (guest interaction as well as staff interaction)
  • Valid drivers licence
Duties will include:
  • All payment requests & creditors
  • Payroll Administration
  • Petty Cash
  • Vehicle Admin
  • Handling staff issues
  • Updating of staff files
  • Using Res Request (experience not essential however they should have knowledge/experience of at least one other hotel management software system)
  • Relief of staff duties on Cycle leave.
