5* Game Lodge in Sabi Sand is looking for a Admin Manager. The Admin Manager will work closely with the Lodge Management team to ensure that the backend operations are running smoothly. You will be a strong collaborator and be able to build relationships across the lodge.
Support to the Lodge Management Team
Assisting with all administration at the lodge.
Assisting with financial checks and processes at the lodge.
Stock takes
Timeous support and communication with other departments
Assisting with central procurement/deliveries and invoicing
Daily administration tasks
Reservations / Apex
Capturing invoices
Hosting
Check-in of guests
Guest induction
Ensuring that all compliance requirements are adhered to.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
Minimum of 3 years experience in high-end luxury safari and hospitality environment
Short course or diploma in Bookkeeping or Administration to your advantage
MS Suite / full computer literate
Xero, Pastel or similar finance system
eRes
Point of Sale systems
Nebula
Proven track record of excellent guest and team relationships.
Ability to manage high-end guests.
Ability to deal with challenging situations.
Proven track record of delivering to high-end hospitality guests.
Proven track record of thriving in a high-demand environment
Package on offer:
Contract type: Permanent
Work cycle: 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off
Remuneration Cash + 7,5% contribution to provident.
