Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities



Administration duties (but not limited to):

Typing agendas, minutes of meetings

Responding to enquiries on the telephone

Filing and archiving of files

Creating schedules

Low level budgeting

Contracting

Bookings

Working on on-line systems

Uploading information to on-line systems

Creating Folders on QMS systems

Retrieving information from online systems and the internet

Order office supplies and purchase orders

Qualifications



High school diploma

Tertiary qualification will be beneficial.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

Work experience



One to two years of administrative manager experience

Attributes



advanced computer skills in MS-Office, Use of internet, Outlook (emails),

familiar to work on a laptop or tablet, print and scan,

excellent communication, and organisational abilities,

accurate when capturing data and

100% bilingual (Afrikaans and English).

passionate about admin work

self-management, good organiser and problem solver

must we willing to learn and work under pressure
