Job Summary Property maintenance and co-ordination: Responsible for co-ordination of tasks within the properties/ maintenance department Planning and implementation of maintenance schedules Processing, control and manage the full job card process on system Liaising with suppliers, service providers, contractors and subcontractors on various matters Obtaining comparative quotes from different suppliers Responsible for conducting monthly property inspections - including tenant entrance and exit inspections Ensure high level service levels are maintained through liaising with customers, service providers and maintenance team.
