Job Description


Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Remote
Working Hours: 3 PM - 11 PM (Turkey Time)Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team
  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings
  • Handle correspondence and communication in both English and Turkish
  • Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and records
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and document management
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication within the team and with clients
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of office administration experience
  • Proficiency in English and Turkish at a mother tongue level (both spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Reliable high-speed fiber internet connection
  • Own laptop for work use
Preferred Qualities:
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
