Our client in the Petroleum Oil and Gas sector is looking for a Administration Assistant to join their team based in the Free State (Kroonstad)Qualifications:

  • Matric.
Experience:
  • Admin related experience
  • Ability to work under pressure.
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Must be computer literate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to think on your feet

Duties:
  • Office: Trip de-briefing and submitting timeously
  • Get quotes for office (example: Electrician)
  • Keep Files up to date.
  • Driver Time Sheets - Ensure drivers submit their time sheets and they are updated daily onto the overtime schedule. End of each Month submitted timeously.
  • Liaise with clients regarding ETAS and call customers to fill truck orders.
  • Capturing daily truck inspections
  • Routing of fuel if assistance is needed
  • Updating truck / driver board
  • General office duties.
  • Standby every second week.
  • Health & Safety: NM/PIs - Scan in and register on Quality Manager.
  • HSSE. Keep record and submit to H&S officer as required.
  • Kroonstad KPI dashboard.
  • In Cab Spot checks - Every driver once a month.
  • Drivers PPE checklist.
  • Help with hearing cases and gathering of evidence.
  • Monday Toolbox Talks - Prepare and write topics to talk about before Toolbox talks.
