Good health and quality of life is what motivates us to provide healthcare solutions and provide support to those who needs it most.Anova has an outstanding opportunity for an Administration Assistant to provide administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective and efficient operations.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesAdministration & Procurement

  • To provide direct administrative support to the Office Manager/Programme Manager/Provincial Coordinator
  • Ensure that goods/products are purchased from approved suppliers.
  • Source quotes for procurement and submit timeously
  • Perform word processing, prepare excel-based sheets for quotes
  • Ensure that the Authorisation to Procure has been properly completed, is accompanied by all necessary documentation
  • Ensure that suppliers meet deadlines and deliver quality goods
  • Prepare Petrol Vouchers for payment and submit timeously
  • Prepare Petty Cash Recon for payment and submit timeously
  • Implement & maintain filing system for all office records as per Office Manager guidance
  • Maintain a proper Assets register for allocated officeoare
  • Procure office consumables and cleaning materials
  • Assist with maintenance of office equipment
  • Procure & facilitate allocation of stationery
  • Preparing of monthly airtime/data bundles spread sheet and distribution
  • Relieve the receptionist during leave and breaks
Training Support
  • Liaise Anova Trainers regarding training needs
  • Ensure that training needs, including refreshments and training materials are procured on time.
  • Prepare attendance registers, handouts, participant packs etc. for all trainings, conferences and symposia
  • Ensure all logistics for planned trainings arranged timeously e.g. venues booked, ordering & delivery of catering etc.
  • Prepare & print participant certificates timeously for all in- house trainings
  • Submit all registers and participate registration/evaluation forms for capturing onto SkillSmart and Anova training database
