We have a position available at a world-class provider of sustainable compressed AIR Solutions, GAS Installations and POWER Generators. We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join the groups branch in Rustenburg.Position: Administration Assistant

Salary: Market Related per month based on experience and qualificationsREQUIREMENTS:
- 5 years Admin experience.
- Must have Matric.
- 2 years Pastel Experience.
- Ariba and Coupa experience will be a great advantage.
- RFQs.
- Load of RFQs on Portals - Coupa, Ariba.
- Quotes to Customer.
- Open of jobs.
- Orders to suppliers.
- Schedule of Technicians.
- Sales Orders.
- Tax Invoice to Customer.
- Load of Tax Invoice on Coupa & Ariba.
- Ordering of General office / workshop supplies.
- Debtors.
- Response on emails from suppliers, customers, and head office.
