Minimum RequirementsGrade 12 (Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification).
RecommendationRelevant administrative support experience in a traffic law enforcement working environment; Willingness to work irregular hours which might include holidays; Willingness to travel within the Province; A valid (Code B or higher) driving licence.NB: People with disabilities that restrict driving abilities, but who have reasonable access to transport, may also apply.
Key Performance AreasRender general clerical support services; Provide supply chain clerical support services within the component; Provide personnel administration clerical support services within the component; Provide financial administration support services within the component.
CompetenciesA good understanding of the following: Clerical duties, practices as well as the ability to capture data, operate computer and collecting statistics; Legislative framework governing the Public Service; Working procedures in terms of the working environment. Skills in the following: Planning and organising; Proven computer literacy; Good verbal and written communication.
RemunerationR 216 417 per annum (Salary Level 5).Note on remuneration: Service benefits or obligations for qualifying employees (medical assistance, housing assistance, pension-fund contributions, etc) are funded or co-funded in terms of the applicable prescripts or collective agreements.
