Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor administration policies and procedures.
  • Manage stock receipts, transfers, and controls to ensure accuracy, including direct management of merchandisers.
  • Procure retail stock promptly at optimal prices, maintaining correct inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and dead stock.
  • Supervise all cashiering activities, including direct oversight of the cashier supervisor.
  • Liaise with the site manager and directors to ensure clear, transparent, and timely communication and reporting.
  • Coordinate with the accounting officer on matters related to administration, wages, debtors, and stock.
  • Provide reports and information according to daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly deadlines.

  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
