Job Summary A reputable Vehicle Tracking company is currently recruiting an Administration Support Agent to be based at the Durban Branch, KwaZulu Natal. The successful candidate will be responsible for data capturing, scheduling appointments, acting as the point of contact for Clients, providing administrative support, and managing their queries. Responsibilities: xe2x80xa2 Marketing of EKS Vehicle Tracking to both existing and prospective clients. xe2x80xa2 Maintaining relationships with our various partners. xe2x80xa2 Contract administration, feedback, and daily statistical reporting. xe2x80xa2 Ensure that Customer Service standards are maintained. xe2x80xa2 Providing service within the region as well as other departments/regions/staff within EKS Secure Technologies. xe2x80xa2 Following up on leads/queries and meeting or exceeding targets xe2x80xa2 Scheduling fitments of EKS Secure Technologies units and liaising with Technicians for appointments. xe2x80xa2 Monitoring effective utilization of EKS Secure Technologies technicians. xe2x80xa2 Outsourcing of work to Fitment centers. xe2x80xa2 Maintaining local and regional scheduling relationships. xe2x80xa2 Management of potential cancellations. xe2x80xa2 Taking ownership of all queries received and calls taken and assisting the client within our SLAs, Qualifications, Skills, and Experience. Requirements: xe2x80xa2 Matric with at least 2 years of Contact Centre experience and computer literacy. xe2x80xa2 Bilingual (Must be fluent in isiZulu/Xhosa, Northern/Southern Sotho, English, Afrikaans). xe2x80xa2 Excellent time management Closing date: 28/06/2024
