  • NQF Level 4 (Grade 12) with Mathematics & Science
  • 2 years in Fuels Outbound Planning
  • Knowledge of Transport/Operations/Fuels Distribution.
  • Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • SAP and SAP CRM Skills
Exciting Challenges You Might FaceCollaborate with various stakeholders [internal and external] to ensure that accurate data is timeously recorded. Provide support to key stakeholders and contribute to the delivery enquiry of Sales plans Maintaining and updating Customer Master database.Offer support to Customers and Depot`sWhat You'll Be DoingPlanning and Scheduling Management
  • Provide support to ensure the smooth delivery of business operations through registering customers requirements, amend orders, process amendments and evaluates the desirability for scheduling changes.
  • Coordinate long distance deliveries and gather daily dip readings.
Data Accuracy
  • Maintain Customer related data to ensure accurate planning.
  • Manage, monitor and provide support on systems and tools
Customer and Service Provider Interface
  • Liaise and interact with all key stakeholders, customers, service providers/ contractors by following up on business processes & deliverables and providing feedback to resolve/support to ensure that deadlines are adhered to as per agreed SLA's.
  • Handle all queries (internal and external) including troubleshooting with mitigative steps taken with continuous focus on customer centricity
