Hybrid Remote position:
Key Responsibilities: Not Limited to:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Manage and organize schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for inventory management.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Fully knowledge on Xero Accounting
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: R8000,00 per month
