Upmarket Optometry store based in Claremont requires a suitably qualified administrative assistant.
Experience
Strong Excel Skills (Essential)
Eminance software system (Advantageous)
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
Previous Optical experience advantageous but not essential
Responsibilities
The position requires performing administration duties such as recording and processing day-to-day transactions, filing etc
Handling and reporting petty cash
Stock control, including processing new stock, handling returns
Banking and banking reporting
Debtors control
Preparing reports for bookkeeper and Financial manager
Personality
Motivated, organised and a can-do attitude
Attention to detail
Being able to work in a team and independently
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: R8000,00 - R10000,00 per month
