Job Summary Admin Assistant North Riding Our client, located in North Riding, Gauteng, is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant with Accpac (or similar) experience. This role will require a candidate with energy, initiative, commitment and drive to ensure the portfolio is running smoothly and efficiently. Candidates must possess the following skills and attributes: Matric 2 years experience in an administrative position Previous Accpac (or similar finance package) required Outstanding communication skills (written and spoken in English) Excellent telephone manner Ability to work under pressure Exceptional organizational skills Computer literate (Word and Excel Intermediate) Key performance areas will include: Delivering of a full and comprehensive administrative service Excellent client service delivery to clients Liaising with customers and suppliers with regards to orders and stock Ensure delivery notes are completed in full (client details and pricing) Capturing of Sales Orders and Purchase Orders Invoicing, Credit notes, in Accpac Stock Adjustments and Receipting of supplier invoices in Accpac Responsible for co-ordination of orders and deliveries of customers & suppliers Client liaison (telephonically and written) Updating client or supplier contact details on system Supervising Driver Anticipating any challenges which may be encountered and with a view to being pro-active in minimizing these problems Petty Cash duties If you meet all the above requirements, please email your CV in asap.
