ULTIMATELY, WE EMPOWER PEOPLE TO BE FINANCIALLY CONFIDENT, SECURE AND PROSPEROUS.What will you do?To provide and deliver effective and comprehensive administrative support service to the East Coast Regional office.The ideal individual must have strong administrative skills and strong planning and organisational skills, be detail-orientated, structured, have good communication skills and the ability to multi-task in a high performance culture environment.Provide administrative support in terms of the following:

  • E2 Financial payments & order supplies
  • Mail and information management. Receive and address various email/telephone queries and communications directed to the office.
  • Take messages, redirect actions and resolve queries where possible.
  • Consolidate and provide relevant reports
  • Assist with ad hoc requests
  • Process SanPay journals of all adviser deductions
  • Capture SRS requests
  • Internal Risk Management controls
What will make you successful in this role?Qualification and Experience
  • Matric
  • Secretarial Qualification/Diploma
  • A minimum of two to three years of Office Administration/Secretarial/Personal assistant experience.
  • Preferably a Secretarial Diploma/ Certificate
  • Previous experience in a Sales environment will be an advantage.
  • E2 Financials and Service Request system (SRS)
